Boxing
This is a traditional sport that has come a long way. Both men and
womens boxing has become one of the most elite sport there
is. This class taught by a boxing master and champion, will lead
to develop timing, the art of strategy, muscular co-ordination,
balance, speed, agility, power, flexibility and so much more.
Kick boxing
Is one of the most exciting of sports, involving a balance of skill,
conditioning and mental preparation. It is an inspiring way to learn
all the kicking and punching techniques above the belt and at the
same time increase balance, power, speed, cardio-vascular, resistance,
and flexibility.
Fencing
The art of attack and defense with the sword has evolved into a
fast, exciting sport in which mental and physical speed, flexibility
and agility are more important that physical size and strength.
Fencing is an inexpensive extracurricular activity to start as we
provide all of the instruction and equipment.
